Here’s what you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for optimizing our revenue strategy, forecasting, and reporting initiatives to enhance financial performance and drive sustainable growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies that align with the organization’s overall financial goals and objectives of the Americas NDR Action Plan.
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to create detailed revenue forecasts and reports for key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including School Success, Growth, and Revenue Operations, to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and efficiency improvements
  • Monitor and analyze pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional offers to maximize profitability
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue performance and provide actionable insights
  • Own and streamline the end-to-end collections, renewal processes, contracting and price increases across all partner schools.
  • Work closely with the Central Finance team to publish weekly reports on renewal performance, invoicing, and retention insights

Is this someone that looks like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • 3-5 years in renewals, account management, or customer success, preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques and analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization and reporting
  • Understanding of CRMs, revenue, and contracting software such as Hubspot, ChargeBee, PandaDoc
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Goal-driven, process-oriented and experienced in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Location: 100% Remote. Preferably based in Bogota, Colombia
