The Team
We are a diverse group of people (educators, engineers, designers) who have been fortunate to study at some of the best colleges – Stanford, Harvard, Brown, IITs. Here’s what you’ll be doing
As the Associate Program Manager/Program Manager, you will work across multiple projects in the ‘Enablement and Enterprise Sales’ function. You will report to the Director of Growth and your key objective will be enabling the sales team sell better and sell more. Overall, you will own the enablement function for Toddle and also support enterprise sales extensively.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing multiple projects across sales process improvement, trainings, content management, business intelligence, and enterprise sales
• Acting as the primary administrator of HubSpot CRM including the creation and iterative improvements of workflows, custom fields, and data flow management processes for Sales and Marketing
• Identifying bottlenecks and optimising the processes across sales and all sales-related functions
• Building and implementing effective training plans for sales and all sales-related functions
• Curating and managing all content pieces required by sales and SDRs
• Supporting the leadership in creating proactive proposals and executing key projects across enterprise sales
• Implementing weekly/ monthly sales reviews with the leadership
• Documenting all newly established and optimised processes through SOPs

Is this someone that looks like you?
• Experience: 2-4 years in project/ program management preferably in a startup
• Extensive experience in handling multiple projects with clear results and detailed documentation
• Ability to coordinate and execute projects involving multiple internal functions
• Well organised and disciplined, with experience of delivering high quality work for company leadership
• Prior experience of HubSpot CRM administration would be a big plus
• Experience in enterprise sales and sales training would be a plus
• Is good with people and can work cross-functionally to deliver results
