Here’s what you’ll be doing

In this role, you will work with the VP, Growth & School Success, LatAm and the leadership team at Toddle across projects in Strategy, Finance and Operations. Your projects will be cross-functional and will change based on business priorities. 

This is a great opportunity to be a part of Toddle in its 1 to 10 journey and help drive some key  projects along with the VP, Growth & School Success, LatAm. This role will help you fast forward within the organization and you will eventually take on an operational role within the organization. 

Your key projects will be:

  • Deep diving into new business opportunities to identify new avenues of revenue. 
  • Implementing key processes to streamline the renewal and collection of the accounts. 
  • Supporting current Net Revenue Retention (NRR) initiatives.
  • Driving a few people and culture related projects to make Toddle a better workplace.
  • Owning a few key growth projects for the current business

Is this someone that looks like you?

  • Experience: 2-3 years experience either in a high growth stage start-up or in consulting 
  • Has hands on experience in working on projects across operations and strategy 
  • Has excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish. Excellent at written and verbal communication in both languages (Portuguese is a plus).
