The Team

We are a diverse group of people (educators, engineers, designers) who have been fortunate to study at some of the best colleges – Stanford, Harvard, Brown, IITs. We have experience of working in companies such as McKinsey, Unilever, Sprinklr, Zomato, Bridge International Academies, and Teach for India. Here’s what you’ll be doing

We are looking for a creative wordsmith with a user-first mindset to join our growth team in the role of a Product content manager. Content is a key element of our growth efforts, and you will own the end-to-end content creation process to drive brand awareness and generate leads – email campaigns, product marketing, ad copies, video scripts, sales brochures, case studies etc.

You will work with our marketing and sales teams to strengthen the top, middle and bottom of the funnel by planning and outlining content strategy, writing, reviewing and measuring content effectiveness.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as website, email marketing, product marketing, blogs and social media
  • Create engaging product storytelling directed to our key persona and targeted audience
  • Create communication strategy and content for new products, launches, events, and promotions
  • Systematically maintain our content database; keep all content assets (including written collateral and videos) up to date and accurate amid frequently changing features, programs, policies, and UI design
  • Collaborate closely with the product, design and sales teams to structure and build content that is optimized for our target audience

Is this someone that looks like you?

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience writing content for growth/product marketing verticals.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS/ B2B space preferred, but not mandatory
  • A degree in marketing, media, or other related field
  • Impeccable command over the written word
  • Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management
  • Open-mindedness and curiosity to learn about the product, industry, competition, etc.
