Here’s what you’ll be doing

We are looking for a passionate and driven MYP educator to join our team in the role of Manager, Learning and Engagement (MYP). In this role, you will support the MYP team in the curation and creation of high-quality, meaningful content and events and play a pivotal role in determining how we engage our global community of MYP educators.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support with the execution of a content strategy to get MYP educators to engage with content on Toddle Learn ( through blogs, videos, and more
  • Support with the execution of events and webinars to engage our global community, which includes teachers, school leaders and educational experts from all around the world
  • Collaborate across verticals (design, marketing, product etc.) within Toddle to ensure that timelines for content roadmaps are adhered to, and distribution is carried out effectively
  • Coordinate and conduct quality audits with Toddle contributors and curriculum consultants to ensure that we continue to create high-quality resources and release them in a timely manner
  • Engage with MYP educators across social media and digital channels to build up our credibility as a teacher-first company, and for greater organic outreach and promotion
  • Establish and track quality metrics of engagement on Toddle Learn; researching and experimenting with ideas to maximise engagement of Toddle users

Is this someone that looks like you?

  • 3+ years of experience as an MYP teacher / coordinator
  • Ability to think of the big picture as well as pay attention to details 
  • A mindset for using user-research and data to design strategies for community engagement 
  • Is an effective communicator with great presentation skills 
  • Have excellent written communication skills 
  • Is a learner and willing to learn new technologies and domains
