Here’s what you’ll be doing
We are seeking an enthusiastic and solution-oriented people partner, who can apply a people-focused lens to everything we do. As the Manager, People and Culture, you should be results-driven to align our people processes with business objectives and business needs. This role will require you to manage HR operations, support employee development, plan strategic HR initiatives, update policies and practices, and improve employee engagement. You will work in collaboration with the Associate Director, People & Culture, to ensure we provide the best support for our people, who are based across the globe!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving HR initiatives and projects
- Reinforcing policies & practices – acting as the point of contact for employee relations issues, promptly escalating and assisting to resolve issues
- Supporting the development and execution of HR related policies across functions, linked to employee experience and development
- Recommending new processes or tools in support of business priorities
- Supporting the People function with company wide employee related projects from initial inception through to successful roll out.
Is this someone that looks like you?
- Experience: 2 – 3 years as an HR generalist in a fast paced environment, preferably with 1 or more years of experience in an HR consulting firm
- Is able to build strong employee relations in a short span of time
- Has strong project management skills
- Has outstanding communication skills
- Has strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
