Here’s what you’ll be doing

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Specialist with exceptional writing skills to execute our marketing initiatives in the Australia/New Zealand region. This role is hands-on, focusing on executing marketing strategies that build our brand presence, drive engagement, and support the growth of Toddle’s offerings across the ANZ market. Reporting to the Director of Growth, you will play a key role in creating impactful content and campaigns tailored to this region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management:
  • Update and maintain the Toddle ANZ website, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with local market needs.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to execute localization strategies.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Create and execute social media campaigns to engage educators, school leaders, and other stakeholders in ANZ.
  • Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance and visibility.
  • Distribution Content:
  • Execute distribution content initiatives, including virtual events, meetups, roadshows, and other activations.
  • Write and develop engaging emails, ad copies, and promotional materials to support distribution efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of events and campaigns.
  • MOFU/BOFU Content Development:
  • Develop middle- and bottom-of-funnel content, such as case studies, video testimonials, and product demonstrations.
  • Write detailed case studies, thought leadership articles, and other content pieces to showcase Toddle’s expertise and solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with customer journeys and conversion goals.
  • Brand Marketing:
  • Own and execute the overall brand initiatives for Toddle in ANZ.
  • Execute PR initiatives, draft thought leadership articles, and prepare event submissions to enhance Toddle’s reputation in the edtech space.

Is This You?

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or event management (preferably in edtech or education sectors).
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a talent for crafting engaging emails, ad copies, and content pieces.
  • Educators with the required skillset are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing events and communication campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
