Here’s what you’ll be doing

As we grow our presence in the U.S. public school space, we’re looking for a passionate educator and community builder to lead our engagement efforts.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships, creating impactful events, and understanding what truly resonates with educators. You’ll be at the heart of Toddle’s work in the U.S. public school landscape designing content, organizing events, and nurturing a strong community of educators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community & Events Strategy:
    Design and lead a dynamic community engagement strategy for educators and leaders in U.S. public schools.
    Plan and execute virtual events (webinars, PD sessions) with relevant topics.
    Organise in-person events to connect educators, build relationships, and foster knowledge sharing.
  • Educator Engagement & Content Creation:
    Curate and create inspiring, actionable professional development content tailored for U.S. public school educators.
    Design email campaigns, blog content, and thought-leadership pieces to amplify educator voices and highlight Toddle’s impact.
  • Partnership & Relationship Building:
    Build strong connections with teachers, district leaders, PD coordinators, and instructional coaches across the country.
    Represent Toddle at key education events and conferences, deepening brand visibility and trust in the public school space.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with Growth (Sales and Marketing) and product teams to align content and community strategy with broader organisational goals.
    Leverage educator insights to inform Toddle’s product positioning, messaging, and roadmap.
  • Brand Marketing:
    Regularly conduct interviews, surveys, and focus groups with educators to surface challenges, wins, and opportunities for growth.
    Use these insights to drive content themes, event topics, and resource development.

Is this someone that looks like you?

  • 5 years of experience as an educator. Prior experience in marketing or content creation is a plus.
  • Possess exceptional writing skills, with a talent for crafting engaging emails, ad copies, and content pieces.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Hiring Process:
