Here’s what you’ll be doing

As an Assistant Manager, CRM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. This role requires you to support the Sales team in the customisation, set up and management of HubSpot CRM software that supports the delivery of client work. This is predominantly HubSpot but may extend to other SaaS platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will spend much of your time within the software using its wide range of tools and functionality.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing deep knowledge of the HubSpot software. Providing support & guidance to colleagues and customers that use the HubSpot software.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with Toddle’s goals and objectives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the collection, organization, and analysis of customer data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing functions to align CRM strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Monitoring key CRM metrics, analyzing data, and generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience: 1 – 2 years in the set-up and management of cloud based CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
  • Has strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Has strong project management skills
  • Logical thinker and comfortable with data management
