Here’s what you’ll be doing
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our revenue-generating processes and enhancing the efficiency of our Sales and Marketing operations. You will fit right in if you’re a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that CRM and other software applications are configured to meet the specific needs of the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Optimising tool configurations and workflows based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
- Analysing and interpreting Sales and Marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Working closely with the Sales team to streamline and improve Sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Supporting Marketing efforts by managing Marketing technology tools, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Creating and maintaining reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance metrics.
- Collaborating with the Sales team to develop and optimise Sales collateral, training materials, and play books.
- Fostering collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and other relevant departments to drive revenue growth and alignment.
Is this someone that looks like you?
- Experience: 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. Bonus points for experience with Hubspot, Drift and Zapier.
- Expertise in spreadsheet technologies, including proficiency in utilising advanced features, formulas, and functions to tackle complex data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Can adapt well to fast-paced and dynamic environments, comfortable with the challenges they present
