Here’s what you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of core AI features at Toddle, from understanding how they work today to shaping what they become next. This means diving deep into prompts, tools, and LLM workflows; setting clear success metrics; and working closely with engineering and design to ship improvements teachers actually feel. You’ll run experiments, design tests, analyze feedback, and translate all of it into crisp product decisions. Over time, you’ll own the roadmap for multiple AI-powered features, building processes that keep them reliable, scalable, and impactful for classrooms.
Within your first 3 months, you will
- Understand Toddle’s product offering and the K-12 school landscape it caters to
- Deep dive into one core AI feature – map how it currently works across prompts, tools, and UI.
- Partner with design and engineering to scope and ship 1–2 high-impact improvements.
- Stay current with AI/LLM best practices and suggest how they can be applied at Toddle.
Within 6 months, you will
- Conduct user research with teachers and distill insights into actionable product decisions.
- Improve/develop a second core AI feature, extending the playbooks and practices you built in your first 3 months.
- Collaborate with engineers to experiment with new AI techniques (tooling, multi-prompt chains, fine-tuning/retrieval).
- Ensure every feature you manage has a clear roadmap, with incremental wins shipped along the way.
Within 12 months, you will
- Drive the roadmap for multiple AI features, deciding what we build next and why.
- Establish scalable processes for AI product development (prompt versioning, testing, release reviews).
- Balance pedagogy, product, and technical constraints to ship features teachers trust and love.
Is this someone that looks like you?
- Have 2+ years of product management or related industry experience.
- Have experience in designing, testing, and optimizing AI systems prompts for LLM-based applications.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and execution skills.
- Are highly analytical and scrappy
- Are curious, proactive, and thrive in collaborative settings.
- Bonus is a deep appreciation for educators and the challenges they face and an interest in pedagogy and curriculum
Location: Bengaluru. We utilize a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week.
