Here’s what you’ll be doing
You will be part of the School Success function at Toddle. In this role, you will handle multiple programs and projects to improve efficiency across the Integrations and Data Services verticals, while also designing tools to automate internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management – Oversee timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects
- Collaborating across teams and stakeholders to running projects and programs in the DS and School Success function
- Leverage and help evolve internal AI and Excel-based tools; Identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements.
- Create internal tools and perform data processing tasks as requested by the school through excel tools and functionalities.

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience working in growth-stage start-ups

- Has good Excel skills and is comfortable with large volumes of data
