Here’s what you’ll be doing
We’re rapidly growing and looking for a Demand Generation Lead focused on Net Revenue Retention (NRR) – someone who can unlock the full potential of our 2000+ strong customer base. Your mission: build and execute a demand generation strategy that identifies clean upsell and cross-sell opportunities, drives qualified expansion pipeline, and ultimately contributes to Toddle’s revenue growth through deeper customer value.
This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer success. You’ll work closely with our School Success and NRR Sales teams to build account-specific campaigns, nurture warm leads, and create engagement loops through events, user groups, and other targeted initiatives. If you enjoy thinking creatively about expansion, owning outcomes, and experimenting with multi-channel strategies – this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the NRR demand generation strategy – design and execute campaigns to expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Partner deeply with the School Success team to identify and prioritize expansion-ready accounts based on product usage, intent signals, and strategic fit
- Collaborate with the NRR sales team to drive high-quality expansion leads toward closure
- Run multi-channel campaigns – across email, events, webinars, in-product nudges, SS-led outbound, and user group meetups – to drive demand within our customer base
- Build segmented playbooks for different types of expansion opportunities (e.g., new product adoption, additional licenses, advanced modules)
- Develop account-specific engagement plans for top customers in collaboration with School Success and sales
- Drive customer-centric events (virtual and in-person) to deepen engagement and uncover new opportunities
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, lead conversion, and pipeline contribution in close coordination with sales and marketing ops
Is this someone that looks like you?
- Experience: 5–6 years of experience in demand generation or customer marketing within a high-growth SaaS environment, ideally focused on expansion or retention
- A strong track record of running multi-channel campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption across an existing customer base
- Deep experience working closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify account expansion opportunities and build tailored engagement plans
- Expertise in running warm outbound and event-led campaigns – including user group conferences, webinars, meetups, and product workshops
- A data-driven mindset – you’re process- and detail-oriented, with the ability to segment accounts, track performance, and optimize across the funnel
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gong, and marketing automation workflows to drive and track expansion campaigns
- Familiarity with paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook) for retargeting, TOFU warm activation, or ABM campaigns targeting existing accounts
- A builder’s mindset – curious, coachable, and driven to experiment with new ways of engaging customers and growing revenue
