Here’s what you’ll be doing

As the NRR Writer, you’ll craft clear, compelling content that drives adoption of new paid features among our customers. You’ll work across multiple formats from landing pages to case studies and partner closely with sales, product, and design to drive adoption of new add-ons.

You’ll own the following:

  • Create compelling, educator-first product content for every new NRR module
  • Own product launch campaigns end-to-end
  • Script and narrate product videos in collaboration with the design team
  • Create targeted email and ad campaigns for each module
  • Conduct educator interviews and turn those into crisp case studies
  • Build or update landing pages for every NRR module
  • Own the NRR content calendar in collaboration with the central social team
  • Equip the sales team with high-impact decks, battle cards, and FAQs

What will make you a great fit

  • You’re comfortable working across formats. Landing pages, case studies, social posts, and more.
  • You write with empathy and craft emotive content that resonates deeply with educators
  • You can translate complex product features into clear, benefit-driven stories for educators
  • You bring structure to ambiguity and can independently drive projects from idea to completion

  • You care about quality, work fast, and thrive in a collaborative environment

Bonus, if you:

  • Are an educator who has used Toddle in your classroom or leadership role
  • Have worked as a writer in an edtech company and understand the landscape deeply

Is This You?

  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation (preferably in edtech or education sectors).
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a talent for crafting engaging emails, and content pieces.
  • Educators with the required skillset are encouraged to apply.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to give direct, empathetic feedback.
  • Location – India (100% remote)
