Here’s what you’ll be doing
In this role, you will be working closely with the Renewals and NRR team to manage the renewal process. You will own a revenue target for the pipeline managed by you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and streamline the end-to-end renewal process across all partner schools.
- Track, manage, and optimize the renewals pipeline in CRM tools.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within renewals and drive account growth.
- Act as the primary liaison for renewal discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract extensions.
- Publish weekly reports on renewal performance, invoicing, and retention insights.
- Work closely with the finance team for invoicing and the sales team for upsells.
- Analyze renewal trends, identify risks, and continuously improve workflows for retention.
Is this someone that looks like you?
- 3-5 years in renewals, account management, or customer success, preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle client discussions effectively.
- Goal-driven, process-oriented and experienced in working with cross-functional teams.
